3,I want to make an order,do i need to register a member ? To make quick order,we don't required customers to make registeration,please just select the items you like and then send us your order with item#,size,quantity,our salesman will reply you for all order information,please send order to us through email
4,What payment method do you accept? We accept Paypal, Western Union,MoneyGram,Bank Transfer.Pls visit payments for more informaiton.
5,How do you delivery my orders ? We usually ship out the packages by DHL.EMS,UPS,Fedex,Sodexi,TNT etc.
6,How long will it take to receive order after payment ?
Usually We ship out the items via air express like EMS,TNT,UPS, DHL.

EMS spend 5-8 days DHL spend 3-6 days; TNT and UPS .EMS 4-7 days

8,Are your products authentic? We offer only high quality products to you .All of the products shown on wwwcozytrade.com come with original box, card, label,tag etc..All of the prodcuts are brand new. Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material and packaged in a our inventory wrap. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping carriers.
9,When do I get my tracking number ? As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. normally you can receive tracking# in 1-2 days. ( most time we can provide tracking# in 24 hours )
10.I received my tracking number, however it says no records on the carrier website ? We have the tracking number once shipment released,and then we send tracking# to you,after you get tracking number,you can track shipment on carrier's website,if you cannot see records on the site right away,please try to see records later,because sometimes the carrier input the shipping information slowly,however,we gurantee that the shipment has been on the way when you got tracking number from us.
11,Is there Minimum Order required ? We accept retail,wholesale,dropship orders,we dont required minimum purchase,you can even order one item,however different quantity get different discounts,if you want to get lower price,we recommend you try to make an order by a few items.(noted:single item is costly in shipping )
